High Speed Hydraulic PRESS

This product is very simple for controlling RAM descending speed stroke and compressing force. Different applications as the pressure work is available without stroke position.

  1. Standard type (Both side switch operation)
  2. Special spec. (reducer, foot switch, auto cycle type and lever operating type)
  3. Custom production will be available for ordering over 50 tons.

  1. For pressure and drawing of shaft and bushing lubricant
  2. Powdered alloy and synthetic performance
  3. For correction of different materials
  4. For assembling and dismantling of parts
  5. For cutting and punching materials
  6. Many other purposes for such as riveting and compression test, etc.

Function & structure

When the high pressure generated from the compression pump is filled into the cylinder on the top of the press, powerful compression power is generated so the workpiece can be pressurized, endurable, formed and cut in the press quickly and precisely.
This product has a very simple structure with the compact size devices incorporating hydraulic pump, motor, cylinder and different valves, etc. into C type frame.

  • 1. RAM high speed descending (Push button)
  • 2. RAM low speed compression (Auto)
  • 3. RAM high speed ascending (Push button)
  • RAM descending: Switch is on for both direction at the same time.
  • RAM stop: Switch is off for one of both direction.
  • RAM ascending: Switch is off for both direction at the same time.
